Sponsorship Opportunities 2026

(Example: a Rink Sponsor also receives Digital Media, Banner placement, and Player Welcome Bag access.)

*Sponsorship season is February 1 through December 31, 2026

Non-Profits & Clubs

  • Engagement space available at no charge

  • Activate with attendees

  • Promote membership or fundraising

  • Include materials in the player welcome bag

  • Organizations are responsible for:

    • Providing their own setup

    • Staffing their space

    • Takedown after the event

In-Kind Sponsors (General)

  • Receive Banner-level sponsorship

  • Additional benefits may be included depending on contribution value

  • Contact us directly for in-kind sponsorship opportunities

    Player WELCOME Bag - FREE

  • Items must provide real value to players (example: a gift, not a flyer)

  • Not strictly promotional

  • 375 individual items to be delivered to Minocqua Visitors Center by January 26

  • Paid Sponsorship Benefit:

  • Any paid sponsor may include promotional materials in the player welcome bag

Banner Sponsor — $250

  • Sponsor provides their own banner

  • Banner must be no taller than 4 ft

  • Displayed in high-traffic areas around the venue

Warming Tent Sponsor — $150

  • Branding on a warming tent for players and fans

  • Association with comfort and hospitality

  • Included on official venue map

Digital Media Sponsor — $500

Includes:

  • 1 dedicated email blast - 16,000 subscribers

  • Website backlink - 500 daily visitors

  • 2 social media posts - 6,500 followers

Engagement space — $750

  • Dedicated space for a sponsor-led engagement or activation

  • Ideal for:

    • Interactive experiences & Product demos

  • Sponsor is responsible for:

    • Providing their own setup

    • Staffing the space

    • Takedown after the event

    • Inclusion on the official venue map

    • All benefits included in lower sponsorship levels

Rink Sponsor — $900

  • Branding on one active game rink

  • Continuous exposure during live play

  • Prime placement in photos and video coverage

  • Included in the official venue map

  • All benefits included in lower sponsorship levels

Ice Lounge Sponsor — $1,200

(OR In-Kind)

A shared social space for players and fans with heaters, tailgate games and seating.

Two ways to participate:

  • $1,200 Sponsorship

    • Branding and naming rights

    • Listed on the official venue map

    • APH handles setup and takedown

  • In-Kind Sponsorship

    • Sponsor independently provides setup and takedown

    • Receives Ice Lounge branding

Locker Room Sponsor — $1,500

  • Branding of a player locker room

  • Naming recognition on the official venue map

  • Exposure to all participating teams

  • Strong association with the player experience

  • Organic Photo and Video exposure

Championship Rink Sponsor — $2,000

  • Premier rink designation

  • Highest visibility rink during tournament play

  • Signage remains up all winter

  • Exposure during:

    • Tournament weekend

    • Free public skating

  • Included in the official venue map
