✅ 11:00 AM – Learn to Skate Instruction (30 minutes) – Redman Realty Rink
✅ 12:00 – 3:00 PM – Open Skating & Drop in Hockey
• Redman Realty Rink – Open Skate (All Ages)
• Yacht Club Rink – Open Skate (All Ages)
• Hazelhurst Pub Rink – Youth Pond Hockey
• Ariens Rink – Adult Pond Hockey
🔥 Additional Activities on the Ice:
• Curling rink open all afternoon! Try your hand at curling.
• Warming Shelters available near the rinks to stay warm between skates.
• Wood-Burning Sauna – warm up in a traditional outdoor sauna!
🛑 Safety & Equipment Requirements:
• Helmet required (any helmet will do – bike, ski, or hockey helmets welcome!)
• Wrist guards encouraged for true first-time skaters (not mandatory but recommended!)
⛸ Skate Rentals Available!
A limited number of rental skates will be available on-site for a $5 donation to Lakeland Hawks Ice Arena. Additional rentals are also available at Coontail in Boulder Junction.

This is a free community event for all ages! Whether you’re a first-time skater, a casual skater, or looking for a friendly game of pond hockey, come enjoy the ice and have some fun.
📄 Waiver & Check-In Info
To participate, sign up here and we’ll email you a digital waiver to sign ahead of time.
🔹 Check in when you arrive – If you’ve already signed the waiver, it’s super simple!
🔹 Walk-ups welcome – We’ll have waivers available on-site for anyone who signs up last-minute.
